Thanks Stephen! Whenever I think I have a ton of records, someone comes along and has way, way, way more... LOL 🙂

Anyone who knows Mr. Record has to be special... Robert knows more about music than anyone I have ever met - a musical savant... I often tell him he should start a blog on music and see where it leads him................. Hot stampers baby! Thanks for reading my stuff. Cheerios, DK

I've been using record store vinyl/plastic dividers for decades for 10,000 of my 25,000 LPs that I acquired from a record store closing in the 80s. The 7,000 78s do not have any dividers, just alphabetical by genre and size. 5,000 of my 7,000 CDs are in roll out metal filing cabinets from Canada built especially for CDs and stay in alphabetical order per genre (http://www.cdcabinet.com/ - best and safest storage yet). I've run out of storage room (I've sold 18,000 records over the yeasrs which I don't intend to hear again and have about 4,000 for sale still). Like my best friend Mr. Record, we have too many genres requiring too many sets of dividers. It would run into the $1000s for me (opera, classical vocalists, jazz instrumentalists, jazz singers, classical orchestral, classical instrumentalists, chamber music, pop vocalists, pop instrumentalists, ethnic, folk, comedy, musicals, soundtracks and religious genres-how many is that already? 15 sets for LPs alone.
