196 demonstration rooms, 15,504 unique visitors, nearly 700 brands and 228 accredited journalists mark the largest edition in the event’s history
Warsaw, Poland — Audio Video Show 2026 concluded its largest edition to date, setting new records for demonstration rooms, visitor attendance, brands represented and accredited journalists. Held from 23 to 25 October at PGE Narodowy Stadium, the Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel and the Golden Tulip Hotel, the event brought together audio and home cinema enthusiasts, manufacturers, distributors and media from Poland and abroad.
Across the three venues, visitors could explore everything from headphones and home cinema technology to ambitious high-end reference systems. World and Polish premieres, demonstrations and opportunities to meet product designers and manufacturers formed a central part of the three-day programme.
Record figures across all key categories
Audio Video Show 2026 recorded:
- 196 demonstration rooms, compared with 185 in 2025 — an increase of 5.9%;
- 15,504 unique visitors*, up from 14,881 — an increase of 4.2%;
- Nearly 700 brands represented, the highest number in the event’s history;
- 228 accredited journalists, including 87 from international media, compared with 71 international journalists in 2025 — an increase of 22.5%.
The growth in international press attendance reflects the event’s increasing visibility beyond Poland and its importance as a destination for product launches, demonstrations and industry meetings.
A meeting point for the international audio industry
Audio Video Show combines public demonstrations with opportunities for manufacturers, distributors, retailers and journalists to meet in person. Visitors can hear a wide range of systems, compare different approaches to sound reproduction and speak directly with the people behind the products.
For international companies, the event provides an opportunity to present their products to the Polish market, meet potential business partners and connect with local and international media.
The three-venue format brings together large presentation spaces at PGE Narodowy Stadium and hotel rooms that provide more intimate listening environments. This variety allows exhibitors to demonstrate systems of different sizes and configurations.
With post-show reports, videos and product coverage now being published, the reach of Audio Video Show 2026 continues beyond the exhibition weekend.
A note on attendance figures
The organisers of major audio shows use different attendance reporting methods, so their published figures are not directly comparable.
Audio Video Show traditionally reports the number of unique visitors. Each person is counted only once, even if they attend on two or three days. This figure includes ticket holders, invited guests and accredited journalists, but excludes exhibitors. Using this methodology, Audio Video Show 2026 welcomed 15,504 unique visitors.
HIGH END Vienna reports visits (visitors) rather than unique visitors. A person attending on two days is therefore counted twice, someone attending on three days is counted three times, and so on. Whenever people attend on more than one day, this methodology produces a higher figure than counting each person only once. Applying this method to Audio Video Show 2026 would give a total of 20,865 visits.
AXPONA uses an even broader methodology: in addition to visitor attendance counted as visits rather than unique visitors, it also includes admissions by exhibitor badge holders. Applying this method to Audio Video Show 2026 would give a total of 24,193 admissions.
The table below presents all three figures for Audio Video Show alongside the published results for HIGH END Vienna and AXPONA.
We provide this information so that exhibitors, media and partners can assess the scale of each event for themselves. A meaningful comparison requires an understanding of both the published figure and how it was calculated.
